• Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, meeting dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat, clean, and maintain accurate inventory of dealership tools.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
• Adapt to rapidly evolving automotive technologies and diagnostics.

• VW/Audi certification highly desired.
• Minimum of 2+ years dealer‑level or large‑facility experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.
