Review and enter Workers Compensation (WC) and General Liability (GL) claims into the Risk Management Information System (RMIS).;
Assign claims to appropriate adjusters and attach supporting documentation.;
Receive, screen, and route incoming calls, mail, and emails from employees, vendors, and customers.;
Monitor the Risk Management inbox, respond promptly to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.;
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.
