Overview
The Administrative Assistant, under minimal supervision, provides clerical support to leadership of assigned departments in Wake Med Physician Practices. Position will perform secretarial duties including composing and typing sensitive and routine correspondence, proofreading and editing material for accuracy and clarity. Responsible for scheduling events, coordinating and attending department meetings, preparing reports and spreadsheets. Demonstrates exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills, works collaboratively with the management teams and other administrative support staff.
Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of Wake Med Physician Practices.
