Finish Pros is a high-end furniture refinishing and upholstery company serving the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill area for nearly 25 years. We work on family heirlooms, well-loved furniture, large commercial projects and more. Our clients value both craftsmanship and clear communication.
We are entering a period of growth and transition and are looking for a Client Communications & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, enjoys learning how a business works from the inside, and is excited by the idea of growing into a larger role over time. An interest in design is a plus!
About the RoleThis position begins with a focus on client communication, con
content writing, and administrative support, with structured training to take on broader responsibilities. You will work closely with our office manager and sales team and play a key role in keeping clients informed and projects moving smoothly.
Between April and August 2026, this role will help support office operations during a maternity leave, with additional compensation provided during that period.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Content
- Write blog posts and website content focused on furniture refinishing and upholstery projects
- Provide clients with project updates during the production process
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general customer service
- Help maintain a warm, professional client experience from start to finish
- Assist with scheduling, client intake, and project coordination
- Learn our internal workflow from estimate through delivery
- Support invoicing, deposits, and basic Quick Books tasks
- Work closely with the office manager to learn day-to-day operations
- Communicate with sales, production, and management to keep information flowing
- Assist with documenting projects and internal processes
- Step in where needed during busy periods

Compensation & Growth- Salary: $42,000–$48,000 (based on experience)
- Maternity Leave Support Bonus: $5,000 (paid during April–August 2026)
