This position proctors computer and paper based exams for online, hybrid, and blended faculty members. This position is responsible for daily operations of the eLearning Testing Center. This position will be responsible for supporting remote proctoring. This position serves as a liaison to faculty to assist and support with testing center procedures and processes. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily.

- Documents students entering and exiting proctored setting for testing
- Assists with general questions and inquiries from students, faculty and team members
- Enforces testing center guidelines and instructor s directives
- Monitors students frequently during testing to ensure exam information is not compromised
- Troubleshoots online exam issues
- Communicates with faculty and staff regarding exam discrepancies and/or testing irregularities
- Initiates, organizes, and maintains testing center records, appointment logs, files and electronic data according to testing center procedures
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality of exams and relevant testing center files
Stages testing facility for prompt and efficient testing
Provides on the job training and assistance to peers and other staff members
Assists Testing Center Lead Coordinator with specialized jobs (i.e. alternate proctoring services, Disability Support Services extended time testing, other community college proctor requests, etc.), prepares testing center data/resource spreadsheets and statistical reporting
Schedule appointments for students who are required to take exams with the aid of a computer
Investigates and reports problems with testing center computer and printers
Communicate testing center services to faculty and students (i.e. remote proctoring)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite with the ability to create tables, charts and graphs in Excel
- Proficient in office equipment (scanners, printers, phones) and computer technology
- Demonstrates good organizational skills and ability to maintain records accurately
- Ability to critically think and perform normal duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a high-traffic, fast paced office setting and testing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience working in an office environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Associate Degree
- One year of proctoring experience
- Some college coursework
