Overview
We’re seeking a polished, friendly professional to run our reception desk: answer/transfer calls (Yealink VOIP), greet visitors, and log/distribute Fed Ex/UPS/USPS mail. Light data entry and basic Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook) tasks as assigned. Training provided. On-site role.

- Answer and transfer calls on a Yealink VOIP system.
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk interactions professionally.
- Log and distribute mail (Fed Ex/UPS/USPS) and perform light mail duties.
- Perform light data entry and basic tasks in Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook) as assigned.
- Maintain discretion with visitor information and internal communications.
- Prior reception/front-desk or administrative experience.
- Professional presence with a warm, welcoming demeanor; polished verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Customer service mindset with a strong first impression when greeting visitors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) for email, documents, and basic tracking.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with accurate logging of packages/mail and familiarity with basic mail/courier workflows (Fed Ex/UPS/USPS).
- Comfort at a front desk: answering, screening, and transferring calls to the proper person/department.
- Willingness to learn and ability to complete structured training and follow standard operating procedures.
- Discretion with visitor information, mail, and internal communications; experience with multi-line VOIP phones (Yealink experience a plus).
