We are recruiting a Financial Operations Associate for a longstanding firm in the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting the full client lifecycle and firm operations, ideal for someone with a strong background in performance analysis, administration, and operations who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
  • Handle daily operational tasks including document management, vendor coordination, and internal client reporting.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients on routine matters; coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex requests.
  • Facilitate account activities, including transaction processing, internal allocations, and account setup/maintenance.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance, legal, and operational records; manage outbound communications and reporting deliverables.
  • Assist with special projects, event logistics, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain updated client records and assist with meeting prep, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in administration, operations, or client service roles.
  • Experience in consulting services or financial services is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through across multiple workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage sensitive client information professionally.

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and other geographic considerations. The salary range is posted here. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. This position is filled.
