OverviewThis in‑office role supports project tracking, coordination, and permitting activities within the Power Distribution Engineering team. Candidates must be local to one of our Orlando office locations and will provide administrative and coordination support to Managers, Supervisors, and staff to ensure project objectives and customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities- Assist in the Permitting Program within Asset Design, creating permits for Pole Replacement and Major Projects.
- Assist Managers, Supervisors, and staff with general day‑to‑day operations when needed.
- Prepare various documents and materials (proposals, presentations, project deliverables, etc.) including word processing, graphics, layout, editing, and final production.
- Handle administrative duties, scheduling, and logistical preparation for storm restoration response.
- Promote office and project safety, demonstrating a priority on safety and adherence to TRC and client policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree acceptable but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in professional growth and development within the role.
- Prior experience with project tracking, scheduling, and document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Smartsheet and GIS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage day‑to‑day activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) is a plus but not required.

USD $22.00 – $29.00 / hr. (Local law applicable. Compensation varies with experience, education, skill level and location.)
