Billing and Payroll Specialist / Part Time
Location:
Wake County, NC
Salary: $34,270.00 - $53,547.00

- Eighteen years of age or older, with U.S. citizenship and/or equivalent employment eligibility authorization.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- High school diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly recommended.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative capacities, with relevant experience in finance and data entry.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines with appropriate prioritization.
- Share responsibility for payroll and billing with the Agency Director.
- Conduct an organized approach to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll and billing.
- Agency communication and correspondence with official agencies including LTC insurance companies, workers’ comp insurance companies, medical companies, etc.
- Enter all employee payroll data into the payroll system.
- File all invoices and timesheets in the corresponding client files.
- Complete garnishment forms, mail and file as needed.
