Billing and Payroll Specialist / Part Time

Salary: $34,270.00 - $53,547.00

• Compliance with Com For Care  bonding criteria.
• Eighteen years of age or older, with U.S. citizenship and/or equivalent employment eligibility authorization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• High school diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly recommended.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative capacities, with relevant experience in finance and data entry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines with appropriate prioritization.

• Share responsibility for payroll and billing with the Agency Director.
• Conduct an organized approach to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll and billing.
• Agency communication and correspondence with official agencies including LTC insurance companies, workers’ comp insurance companies, medical companies, etc.
• Enter all employee payroll data into the payroll system.
• File all invoices and timesheets in the corresponding client files.
• Complete garnishment forms, mail and file as needed.
