Job Summary

As the Administrative Assistant, you will support our HR and Payroll team with administrative tasks.

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our HR/Payroll team in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. This position will be a Full‑Time, contract and fully Remote .

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the HR/Payroll team
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Manage payroll‑related tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with preparing and processing payroll reports
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries
  • Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and handle non‑standard hours during payroll processing periods
What You'll Need

Required:

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, including payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Availability for overtime during critical periods, with work hours ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM as needed

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with payroll processing systems
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around
