Federal Work Study Student Worker (Programs Operations Administrative Support)
The Federal Work Study program provides need-based employment for college students. Work study positions are available on and off campus and are awarded based on financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and duties vary based on the assignment. Available Work Study opportunities can be found on the Financial Aid website. Duties may include but not limited to:
- Provides clerical and administrative support for programs faculty and staff through research, document creation, and assistance with special projects to the service area
- Prints and manages materials for course related work
- Assists with preparation of activities and events
- Greets visitors, answers telephones, files, and makes photocopies
- Takes messages and returns calls
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to navigate in Blackboard and Self-Service
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to multitask
