Accounting Assistant (Entry Level)

We need a motivated, detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant to support one of our great clients in the Raleigh, NC area. • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Entering invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the accounting team with reconciliations and data entry
• Assisting with expense reports and basic reporting
• Maintaining organized documentation and financial files
• Communicating with vendors and internal departments as needed
• Supporting the team during month‑end close
• Various ad‑hoc projects

• 0‑2 years of accounting, finance, or office support experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Basic Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
