Tax Senior - Public Accounting

Norton Collar Lund Lilley, PLLC is looking for a full‑time tax senior/supervisor to join our growing CPA practice. We provide tax compliance, audit, attest, and accounting consulting services to business entities, non‑profits, and individuals.

This position is for a self‑motivated tax professional with a strong desire to be a vital part of a 9‑10 person team of accounting professionals. This position will be involved in all phases of the client tax advisory and compliance process. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to perform complex tax tasks in addition to a desire to supervise and train junior staff.

• Performing technical review of individual and business income tax returns
• Prepare complex business and individual returns
• Independently research and advise on tax issues
• Training, supervising and motivating staff
• Providing helpful feedback to staff in relation to their work product
• Managing and serving as first point of contact for multiple client tax engagements

We are a well‑established local CPA firm in North Raleigh with a diverse client base paying a competitive salary based on experience.

Position is a full‑time or hybrid (minimum 3 days a week) in‑office arrangement.

• Two plus years of public accounting experience
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing business and individual tax returns
