Senior Tax Associate | Concord, North Carolina | $80,000 - $120,000

If you like being in a proper office most of the week but still want some breathing room, this one is worth a look.

This is a small CPA firm in Concord where people actually know each other. No layers of management. No politics. Just good accountants doing good work and treating each other like adults.

They are hiring a Senior Tax Associate because the firm is busy and growing, not because someone burned out and left.

The role is nicely varied. You will work across 1040s, 1120s, 1065s and some 1041s. You will see work through from start to finish and build real relationships with clients rather than being stuck on one small piece of the process.

Right now, the setup is four days in the office and one from home. After busy season, that is likely to move to three days in the office and two from home. They are open and realistic about flexibility once deadlines calm down.

The office itself is collaborative and calm. People ask questions. Partners are accessible. There is no ego and no blame culture. It is the sort of place people stay because it feels sustainable.
