Accounts Payable Processor

Are you passionate about numbers and detail-oriented in processing payments?

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to manage their accounts payable activities with precision and efficiency. This hybrid role offers a balanced work environment with three days in the office and two days remote, typically scheduled from Monday to Wednesday in the office and Thursday to Friday at home.

This range is provided by Talent Wave Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions, including verifying and matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Generate reports on accounts payable status and activities for management review.

Qualifications:

• Minimum associate's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of recent accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred); experience with Ariba is a plus.
• Good communication skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Support the finance team with audits and other financial projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
