Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers.
• Interact with customers via video communication tools and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact via video/audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week on at least three days.

• Base pay range varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50 per hour).
• Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans.
• Pay based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
