Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination for solar material movement and warehouse-related operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate dispatch of solar equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily vehicle dispatches for solar materials from the warehouse

Liaise with the warehouse team for material readiness and loading schedules
Coordinate with the Tally / Inventory team for dispatch documentation and records
Align with the trading team for dispatch priorities and planning
Track vehicle movement and delivery timelines
Coordinate with transporters and drivers regarding schedules and routes
Ensure accurate material dispatch as per requirement
Assist in resolving dispatch-related issues or delays
Maintain basic records of dispatches, vehicles, and delivery confirmations

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of logistics, dispatch, and warehouse processes
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities
Comfortable working in an operational, fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch documentation (preferred)
Familiarity with Excel, Whats App, and phone-based coordination
Preferred Background
Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, solar/electrical material handling, or trading operations is an advantage
Freshers with strong coordination and execution skills may also apply
