RK Road Transport Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven and aggressive Business Development Manager to lead our Cement Industry Logistics Division.
If you have deep connections in Chhattisgarh & Odisha's cement plants and know how to win in this competitive market, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Grow Cement Transport Market Share across Chhattisgarh & Odisha
Build and maintain strong relationships with cement manufacturers, depots, dealers, and procurement heads
Master transportation cost calculations – PTPK pricing for high-volume logistics must be second nature
Collaborate with internal fleet managers and associate fleet partners for seamless service delivery
Close the full business cycle: from order acquisition  vehicle placement  delivery tracking  post-payment collection & billing

What We're Looking For
5+ years of proven experience in logistics/transportation
Strong network in the cement industry (Ultra Tech, ACC, Shree Cement, JK Laxmi, Emami, Dalmia Cement)
Ability to work 7 days a week, travel extensively, and deliver aggressive results
Hands-on approach with a proactive, target-driven mindset

Compensation
7–10 LPA (in-hand) + Performance-linked incentives
