Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Store Incharge at SRVs SOLARS LIMITED is based in Raipur. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing daily store operations, implementing retail strategies to minimize loss, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers. Ensuring effective store management and maximizing operational efficiency will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure effective inventory control and minimize discrepancies.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a positive experience for clients and fulfill organizational standards.
Excellent Communication skills to manage team coordination and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and solve problems independently in a retail or energy industry setting.
Relevant experience in store or inventory management within a renewable energy or similar sector is an advantage.
