Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Process customer transactions at the checkout counter, including cash, card, and digital payments.
Sales Support:
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Assist in merchandising and displaying products to attract customer attention.
Ensure product availability by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
