Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Specialist who understands clothing, luxury, appreciates craftsmanship, and excels at delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong sales capability with refined interpersonal skills and an eye for style.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience to every client

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers

• Understand brand stories, craftsmanship, and product details to confidently guide clients

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with luxury presentation

• Assist with inventory management and stock organisation

• Support in-store events, brand showcases, and client engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands

Strong communication skills in English with a refined and professional presence

• A deep appreciation for Indian homegrown brands and contemporary luxury

• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for client relationship building

Attention to detail and strong sense of style

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
