Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and production of bakery & patisserie items.
Support senior chefs in mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Handle kitchen equipment, ingredients, and workstations responsibly.
Coordinate with team for smooth service execution.
Experience & Skills
Basic knowledge of bakery and patisserie techniques
Prior experience in bakery / café / hotel / cloud kitchen is a plus
Experience or exposure to vegan and gluten-free desserts is a plus (not mandatory)
Willingness to learn, follow SOPs, and work in a team
Passion for baking and professional kitchen discipline
