Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre Head of an50-beded hospital based in Raipur. The Centre Head will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic plans, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain high standards in patient care and service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing departmental functions, managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiencies, and leading a team to achieve organizational objectives.

You will be expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster seamless healthcare delivery and drive the institution's growth and reputation.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills for effective problem-solving, decision-making, and data interpretation
- 8+ years experience in patient care services, hospital admin functions like housekeeping, security, IT, OPD/IPD operations, Billing, TPA etc
- Expertise in Medicare, Healthcare, and Managed Care, including knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and team-building skills
- A Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, any clinical field is preferred
- Prior experience in hospital operations or medical admin or healthcare management is mandatory
