Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor & Academic Counsellor, based in Raipur. The role primarily involves student counseling, providing academic guidance, and career counseling to students to help them make well-informed decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding student requirements, advising them on academic opportunities, and providing continued support to align them with their goals. The Senior Counsellor will work closely with students and parents, offering personalized assistance and support in their educational journey.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving their academic and career aspirations.
Strong Communication skills to effectively connect and respond to students, parents, and educators.
Experience in Academic Advising and Education, including knowledge of curriculum and learning pathways, is essential.
Ability to foster relationships and build trust with students and parents.
A demonstrated commitment to student success and well-being.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
