Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Raipur. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process. This includes providing detailed information about academic programs, addressing inquiries about the application process, supporting students in completing applications, and promoting the university's values and offerings. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, conducting outreach activities, and meeting enrollment goals.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and stakeholders.
Customer Service and Sales skills to ensure a positive admissions experience and achieve enrollment objectives.
Familiarity with the Education industry, including knowledge of university admissions processes and academic programs.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic institutional culture.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education is preferred.
