Staff Supervision & Support
Lead and mentor junior administrative staff.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR and financial regulations.
Manage records, databases, and documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Budget & Resource Management
Assist in preparing and monitoring administrative budgets.
Optimize resource utilization and cost control measures.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for administrative requirements.
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
Address and resolve complex administrative queries and operational challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
