About the Role:

We are seeking an  on-site Gym Instructor in Navodaya Education Trust  to lead physical fitness and wellness programs for students and faculty, promote safe exercise practices, and support a healthy, active educational campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group fitness sessions for students and faculty
Instruct proper exercise techniques and safe use of gym equipment
Design age-appropriate workout and wellness programs
Apply corrective exercise methods to prevent injuries
Ensure safety, hygiene, discipline, and supervision in the gym
Maintain gym equipment, schedules, and usage records
Skills &

Competencies:

· Proficiency in fitness instruction and group training

· Strong understanding of exercise safety and injury prevention

· Ability to work with diverse age groups and fitness levels

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and student-friendly skills

Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma in Physical Education or Fitness Training

· Certification from a recognized fitness authority (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent preferred)

· 1 to 2 years of Experience as a gym/fitness instructor, preferably in an educational institution

· Gender Preference:
