As a Sales Manager at Givaudan, your role involves representing the South Asia Taste and Wellbeing team in Hyderabad. • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Givaudan.
• Building and maintaining enduring relationships with key customers and distributors, conducting visits, identifying new opportunities, and facilitating business reviews, negotiations, product presentations, and promotions.
• Providing regular updates to management on opportunities for Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing within the assigned territory, leveraging connections with various departments.
• Developing comprehensive account development plans outlining customer strategies and requirements while managing a robust project pipeline.
• Overseeing customer orders and service levels, negotiating prices, and maintaining relevant data in the database.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Food Technology, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in sales, strategic account management, and business development in fragmented & high-growth markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Flavour, Food, and Pharma industries with an in-depth understanding of products and applications.
• Technical and commercial acumen related to flavors and their end-use applications.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive profitable growth.
• Demonstrated drive for results, interpersonal effectiveness, and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the designated market (approximately 50% of your time).
• Fluency in Telugu and Tamil are advantageous but not mandatory.
