As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging our scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery System leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver patient-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with providers to align customer needs with company products.
- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical skills and ability to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Experience in cardiovascular sales with relationships to cardiologists.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Analytical skill with advanced analytics tools.
- Proficient multi-channel tools and technology.
- Salary range: $77,700.00 - $ (based on qualifications).
- Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive.
