• Deliver High-Quality Care:
  Provide direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with individualized care plans.
• Coordinate & Communicate:
  Partner with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to achieve the best outcomes.
• Monitor Resident Wellbeing:
  Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer Medications & Treatments:
  Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions.
• Promote a Safe Environment:
  Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
• Lead with Compassion:
  Mentor and support CNAs, fostering a positive and professional team culture.

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
