Billing Administrator

Hybrid role – must be onsite at least 3 days per week

• This individual will be responsible for a legal electronic invoicing platform (Ty Metrix 360/T360); legal spend reporting and analysis; and ongoing operation, support, and maintenance implementation of technology necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
• The successful candidate must have previous experience working with large-scale legal organizations, law firms, Accounts Payable and Finance departments, possess in-depth knowledge of legal e-billing tools and processes, and familiarity with billing/accounting processes and financial tools such as SAP.
• This role will report to the Associate Director, Legal Support, Legal Operations, Innovation & Technology .

• BS/BA degree with min 4 years of experience or HS degree with min 8 years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a systems administrator of an e-billing/matter management or a similar billing software, including software deployment and implementation.
• Subject matter expert for resolving technical issues within billing department software.
• Familiarity with billing/accounting processes and financial tools such as SAP.
• Familiarity with SOX or other Audit compliance
