Our marketing team is passionate about bringing our oncology products to customers worldwide to drive improved patient outcomes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our global oncology marketing team focusing on sac-TMT, a TROP2 antibody drug conjugate (ADC) in late-stage development across a range of disease areas and treatment settings. We are recruiting for a Global Marketing Director. The role requires outstanding leadership and deep experience in global pipeline, portfolio and product strategy, brand development and launch preparedness, focusing on commercial strategy and execution for some early launches of sac-TMT in close coordination with disease, functional and geographic counterparts.

The position will be based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.

Responsibilities

As part of the sac-TMT global commercial team, build trusted relationships with disease- and asset-focused counterparts, cross-functional colleagues and regions on global marketing matters, including but not limited to the following:

  • Lead the commercial strategy development for specific indications for sac-TMT (TBD), including development of indication-level L3 and other marketing strategy-related asset deliverables, scientific narrative and unbranded strategy work, in collaboration with relevant disease teams; ensure consistency with the sac-TMT asset strategy and disease portfolio strategies
  • Market research, SL insights and related insight-gathering for relevant indications
  • Coordination with precision medicine team on biomarker strategies for relevant indications
  • Lead commercial planning and execution for relevant sac-TMT indications, including:
  • Development of promotional strategies, messaging and global content deliverables with disease teams; ensure alignment with asset strategy and portfolio strategies
  • AOR oversight and management
  • Management of launch planning for sac-TMT indication-level work with cross-functional and cross-geographic coordination
  • SL engagement/congress strategy for relevant launch indications in coordination with disease teams and asset planning
  • Data analytics and performance metrics tracking with disease teams and sac-TMT analytics team
  • Coordination with precision medicine team on commercialization of TROP2 CDx for relevant indications
  • Preparation for launch readiness and governance discussions for sac-TMT indications
  • Coaching, guiding and development of direct reports

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Minimum 8+ years pharmaceutical business experience - marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related roles in pharmaceutical/biotech
  • Understanding of healthcare trends, reimbursement and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive key initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills within commercial and cross-divisional teams
  • Leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
