The Director, Market Access Oncology (Hematology) will be responsible for the launch and life‑cycle management of pipeline assets in Hematology. This role leads all global market access and pricing activities for oncology, including asset access strategy, development of payer value proposition messages and tools before and after launch, and collaboration with value, implementation, policy, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global functions—including Oncology Global Market Access and Pricing, Oncology Global Marketing, Global Pricing, Value and Implementation, Policy, Product and Asset Development, and US & ex‑US Regional Oncology Payer Strategy teams—to provide critical market access viewpoints across stakeholder work streams.
- Engage key stakeholders to ensure market access considerations in the target product profile and deliver reimbursable payer value propositions.
- Plan and conduct landscape and pricing research to support pricing of new products in the U.S. and key ex‑U.S. countries.
- Manage analysis and price forecasting for oncology brands and business development opportunities.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop payer value propositions and scientific narratives.
- Develop and launch efficient payer value tools for new products.
- Serve as an active member of the Value and Implementation teams and an ad‑hoc member of Pharmaceutical Early Development teams.
- Monitor global oncology competitors and comparator prices, and implement innovative global access/pricing strategies for new products.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or science‑related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA/MS) or another postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience in oncology (hematology), including knowledge of the clinical development space.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, market research, pricing/reimbursement, outcomes research or managed markets, or business development.
- Knowledge of product development and commercialization processes.
- Experience in product launch and understanding of the global payer environment.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional matrix teams and large, complex strategic initiatives.
- Strong financial, analytical, project‑management, and operational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and commercial orientation.
- Strategic thinking and integration skills.
- 7 years in oncology and/or market access & pricing and business development.

Work Arrangement
Effective September 5, 2023, this U.S. office‑based position requires a hybrid work model: three on‑site days per week (Monday–Thursday, specific days may vary) and Friday remote, unless business‑critical tasks require on‑site presence. This model does not apply to remote, field‑based, facility‑based, or manufacturing‑based positions, or those covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement.
