Description:
Education
• Minimum required education
- Associate degree
• Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Required:
Experience
• Experience with corporate branding is a must-have
• Proven experience in graphic design, including digital asset creation
• 2-3 years in graphic design projects
• Proficient in use of InDesign, Adobe, Powerpoint and Photoshop software
• Experience utilizing or certifications in design software such as After Effects, Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience using HTML and Salesforce for email creation
• Proficiency with video editing and related software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
• Hands-on experience using Figma for design and collaboration
• Familiarity with Veeva Promomats for commercial content management
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in development of and leading Graphic Design projects for Animal Health or pharmaceuticals
Nice to have:
• Pharma experiences is a plus
Organizational
Skills:
• Self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a matrix organization
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and business planning skills; must be strategic with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skill

Job Summary
We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a contract position to support our marketing and commercial organization through creative processes and deliverables. This role will collaborate with leadership, sales, marketing teams, and agency partners to execute our annual tactical plan.
