Job Description
Interning as Procurement Intern you will:- Responsible for supporting strategic and operational objectives for the sourcing & procurement function with key activities including, but not limited to sourcing, contracting, risk and performance management.
- Implement sourcing & procurement efforts and execute tactical procurement processes.
- Serve as a resource regarding processes, procedures, and systems for sourcing & procurement hub.
- Support selection of variety of suppliers and ensure that all legal, compliance and contract requirements are met.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders in the region as well as third party providers.
- Educate internal stakeholders about sourcing processes and strategy.
- Participate in contract renewals and negotiations
- Work with multiple procurement category teams globally to ensure alignment and compliance with category strategy.
- You should have knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
- You shall be detail oriented and precise.
- You should be a good team player and have ability to work independently with a passion to solve problems and a drive for results.
- You should be fluent in English language.
- Any additional language (Japanese, Korean, etc.) is an advantage.
