Position Objectives
The Associate Product Manager will focus on business solution to increase the HPV vaccine market opportunities. He/She is expected to transfer product strategy and objectives into value creation by deeply understanding the consumer’s needs. He/She is mainly responsible for coordinating cross‑functional colleagues to rapidly penetrate the market through innovative strategies that increase the vaccination rate by leveraging data, analytics, digital, and agile methods.
This position collaborates closely with the senior product manager for market strategy building and coordinates business solution development with cross‑functional and regional teams.
- Exploration of the business solution to drive private market penetration and support PSR to engage KOLs.
- Collect, validate, and manage creative assets and engage with external stakeholders to obtain market intelligence.
- Establish KPIs for each tactical plan and set the tracking system.
- In‑time project management and partnership development.
- Work with IT/data scientists to convert complex data and findings into understandable insights and business implications.
- Connect with HCOs for HCP engagement and establish education SOP.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Marketing planning / Communication and analytical skills
Key requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or similar roles.
- Experience in establishing business solutions and innovative solution frameworks.
- Experience in health care private market and creative strategy development.
- Ability to connect quickly with product strategy.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of customer needs and the systems affecting them.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal cross‑functional colleagues and external experts.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to perform data analytics using various forms of data.
- Proven record of delivering tangible business value.
- Experience in vaccine or self‑pay product business.
- Adaptive, positive thinking, learning agility, and ability to adapt to changes or innovative ideas.
- Collaborative & continuous learning.
- Agile, comfortable with uncertainty, changes, and challenging the status quo.
- Strong ability to influence and effectively work cross‑functionally.
- Good command of English speaking and writing.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
