Location: Paulton
Overview
Our Shift Leader pay starts from £14.76 per hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. For hours between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; if you’d prefer fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you’ll help run the store from the shop floor, support colleagues, and ensure store operations stay on track, delivering a positive experience for customers, colleagues, and communities.
AvailabilityWe list the periods of time during the week we’d like you to be available to work (availability windows). We will schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks’ notice of exact shift times. We are flexible: if your availability closely matches but is not exactly the advertised times, we’d still love to hear from you.
