Support Worker – Midsomer Norton – £12.55 per hour

Typical shifts: 08:00 – 20:00, 3 long days a week (you get 4 days off each week).

We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on support workers passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. Working within a dynamic team, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives. The service operates in a welcoming, friendly environment where each day is different – from leisure activities like visiting the zoo or swimming, to cooking lessons, watching films, or going to the cinema.

You will assist with personal care, teach life skills, encourage access to local communities, support socialisation, and facilitate a variety of activities.
