Grade 5 SCP 11 - 17 £ 28,142 - £31,022 (Actual Salary £20,258 - £22,331) We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Cover Supervisor, to manage students during teachers’ absence.

Work will be set by a qualified teacher and will need to be presented to students.

The Cover Supervisor will need to manage the classroom to maintain a good learning environment, support students with their learning and support subject areas with various duties. Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

To maintain a constructive learning environment, To supervise pupils, ensuring they work on task, To support pupils, where appropriate, offering advice and guidance to pupils of all ages and abilities in order that their work is of a high standard, To maintain behaviour and discipline of pupils in line with school policies, To work with appropriate senior staff to ensure that school policies are adhered to.
