Logistics Analyst

The Logistics Analyst II supports daily shipping, receiving, documentation, and inventory control functions within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate shipment verification, prepares logistics documentation, maintains inventory levels, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipment contents against manifests, invoices, and orders.
• Inspect materials for damages, discrepancies, or nonconformance, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Prepare work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, and other routing documentation.
• Determine the most efficient and cost‑effective shipping methods.
• Select appropriate shipping containers and package items to ensure safe delivery.
• Ensure quantities, routing, and destinations match shipment requests.

• Requisition and maintain adequate stock of shipping materials and supplies.
• Track shipment details such as weight, freight charges, space availability, and damages for reporting and recordkeeping.
• Maintain departmental databases and file all shipping/receiving documentation.
