At Pyramid Healthcare in Radford we specialize in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. • Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs:
  All clients are independent for bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.
• No catheters;
  No I/Vs/Ports/Midlines or blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them)
• There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions:
  No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.
• No paper MAR's - we have active eMAR

• Properly instructs and guides LPN’s in client care responsibilities and assignments
• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
• Medication administration with knowledge and delivery of detox protocols: complete COWS and CIWA scales
• Provide medication education to clients
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries
• Other duties as assigned

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certification
