At Pyramid Healthcare in Radford we specialize in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operation since 1999 and currently operates over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high‑quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. • Schedule:
  
  7 am – 7 pm

• Our nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: all clients are independent for bathing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• No catheters, I/Vs, ports, or midlines.
• Our nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab that does them).
• There are minimal physical requirements for our nursing positions: no heavy lifting, no long periods of standing or walking.
• No paper MARs – we have active eMAR.

• Complete initial nursing assessment with new admissions.
• Administer medications and provide education to clients.
• Learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales).
• Coordinate and support medical providers with initial assessments and medication‑management appointments.
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.
• Other duties as assigned.

• LPN license for VA.
