The Department of Management invites applications for a full-time, 9-month Instructor position beginning August 2026. The successful candidate will be an engaging teacher with expertise in Entrepreneurship and/or General Management, contributing to teaching, advising, and service within the department, college, and university.

• Minimum qualifications include an earned graduate degree with 18 hours in management or a closely related field.

A master’s degree from an AACSB accredited college or school of business. Ideally, candidates should also have business experience, experience starting or growing entrepreneurial organizations, substantial teaching experience, excellent course evaluations, and facility in developing and teaching online and hybrid courses. Candidates with experience in using high impact practices to engage students and facilitate learning are strongly preferred. Experience advising student organizations such as Living/Learning communities is desired.

Experience in running a university center, project or program is a preferred.
