Manager In Training - Part Time

Hibbett Sports - Up to $11.70/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett.;
Consult with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in establishing action plan to accomplish departmental and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.;
Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.;
Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett; provide extraordinary customer service.;
Supervises employees in the absence of the Store Manager; interviews and trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work.
