The Switchboard Operator is responsible for reception duties as prescribed by the organization, including telephonic and walk-in traffic.

Education and/or

Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree
• Six months switchboard experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
