Position: Expressive / Art Therapist Full-time/Part-time $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Expressive/Art Therapist!

The Expressive/Art Therapist functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team and is directly responsible for the planning, scheduling and facilitation of goal-oriented expressive art therapy groups and individual art therapy sessions.

Qualifications

Expressive/Art Therapist Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Art Therapy from an accredited college or university, (ATR) Registered Art Therapist preferred
  • Minimum of two years experience as an Art Therapist in a behavioral health care setting is preferred
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Must possess advanced knowledge of counseling and therapeutic concepts and methods for determining therapeutic services for psychiatric and chemically dependent clients
  • Must possess knowledge of the developmental stages of children, adolescents and adults
  • Certification in CPR required upon hire
