Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is a 140-bed Hospital Offering Inpatient Services For Adolescents, Adults, Military, Veterans And First Responders. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System has a spacious cafeteria, gymnasium, art/activity room, group rooms, classrooms and other areas to create a pleasant atmosphere for patients and their families. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System’s quality services are provided by psychiatrists, licensed therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors, activity therapists and teachers.

Also, care is given by registered nurses 24 hours a day.

The Evaluation and Referral Clinician is a key member of the Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System Intake team. The Evaluation and Referral Clinician is responsible for the facilitation of requests for services, resource referral, assessment of patient/family clinical needs, and interfaces with managed care organizations, external reviewers, and other payers.

• Graduate Degree in social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field and/or
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the state of Kentucky
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, patient evaluations and information reports
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the community
• Ability to communicate on an effective level with physicians, patients, referral sources, and staff from a variety of disciplines
• Completion of CPR course and completion of HWC within 90 days of employment
