Swim Instructor - Racine, Wisconsin. On-call / substitute, working on an as needed basis. Health Fitness is looking for a Swim Instructor to join the Aquatics Team at our client site in Racine, WI. In this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. You will design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification.
- Must have a strong swim background.
- Proficiency in all swim strokes.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $16 - $20/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
