Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Guard

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify conditions that should be reported.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalating to onsite management and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Monitor access points and service corridors, assist with way finding, and report unauthorized entry attempts, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior.;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
