• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance; resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommend items and trade‑ups to customers; assist with photo services and web pick‑up.
• Register sales at the cash register, process cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean counters, shelves, displays; take inventory; manage product placement.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with local laws for regulated products.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, keeping the store orderly.
• Cooperate with all company policies; maintain respectful coworker relationships.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training and complete required PPLs.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
